Watch Authenticity:

All of the watches authenticated by our repair experts also our staff who carry 20+ years experience in all major watch brands. All movements are checked and, where there is a serial number, this too is checked for authenticity and verified by the “Art Loss Register”. Where stated our watches come with 12 Months Warranty the details of this is specified below.

Part Exchange:

We kindly ask that all part exchange watches are delivered to us (the delivery address will be supplied upon request). Once we have inspected the watch and agreed the exchange it will no longer be liable for a refund or a “reverse”.

Payment Methods:

Our secure payment system is supplied by WorldPay who are regulated by many financial institutions to ensure safety. We encourage you to use this system as this ensures that all of your personal data is held only by the card issuers and banks. It ensures that Authentic Watch Co does not have access to the data submitted when you make your purchase and it remains solely with the card issuers.

We also use World Pay because it uses the 3D secure system – effectively the equivalent of card chip and pin – the pin being a security password that you set between you and your card issuer. It adds an extra level of security for you and ensures that Authentic Watch Co is not subject to fraudulent use of cards.

Where a card holder does not have 3D security on his card, shipping may be delayed by up to 2 working days until the payment is cleared by your card provider.

We do not surcharge for the use of debit or credit cards which is rare to see these days. Where payment is by cheque, we must have cleared funds in our account before the goods are despatched. If a bankers draft has been provided, goods will not be despatched until the draft has been appropriately authenticated.

Our Pre-owned Watches & Warranty:

We take great care and go to great lengths when it comes to sourcing our pre owned vintage watches… with help from our reliable sources and trusted dealers.

Upon arrival of our stock we carefully check over the quality prior to sending it to our watchmakers to then check the watch over carry out their watch service. Our free 12 months warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, exposure to water, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. If the watch has been opened once in the owners possession this will void the Warranty. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Authentic Watch Co shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur. The delivery address will be specified directly via email. We do not accept or hold responsibility of any deliveries dispatched to our London address. The lead-time for any repair will be subject to inspection and will be advised efficiently in writing. 

We currently hold a strong reputation which constitutes of 100% score on eBay and 4.9/5 on Chrono24. We also hold a near “excellent” Score on trust pilot…. our reputation is our pride and if we do come across any misleading information (defamation) regarding Authentic Watch Co online we will purse  legal action if required.


Our Watches are usually dispatched using TNT or DHL as we have found that they are the most reliable and, as such, are given their own unique tracking number, to allow us to monitor its progress. Orders are usally despatched within 48 hours. All parcels must be signed for by an adult at the delivery address. Adult is defined as an individual who is over 18 years of age.

The package must be checked for signs of damage prior to signing as liability for loss, theft or damage passes from Authentic Watch Co to the customer once the item(s) has been signed for. Customers are liable for the cost of returned goods unless agreed otherwise in writing (or email) by Authentic Watch Co.


The price shown in the shopping cart is the price you pay at the time of purchase, subject to any adjustment for shipping. For customers outside the EU, it is your responsibility to take whatever steps you believe are appropriate to facilitate the import of your pre owned watch.


If for any reason you decide that you want to return an item that you have bought from stock, you will be refunded on condition that you do so within 14 working days of receiving. A full refund will be made on the condition that the item has not been damaged and that all the original associated items that were sold to you are returned in the same condition that they were supplied in. Non return of an diamond certificate will be charged to the customer at cost price of having diamond re-certified. Please note that clients based outside of the UK who are returning their items will need to bear the costs of shipment and insurance. Our return address will be supplied to you as this will not be our London address.

If the purchased item has been in any way tampered with or altered by the customer, another jeweller, watchmaker or any other third party, the warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable. Jewellery must be returned with the security tag still in place.

Public Liability & Indemnity:

In all cases, without exception, liability/indemnity and all claims for damage or loss however caused are limited to the cost of the watch itself.

Payment & Availability:

At any time prior to Dispatch Confirmation, Authentic Watch Co may at its sole discretion, for reasons of availability or otherwise, terminate its agreement with you in respect of any particular Goods and in such case it will in full and final settlement of any claims you might have return any monies received from you, within 14 days of receipt of such monies back to the original payment account

Dealer Status:

We are not authorised dealers for the resale of any of the pre-owned watches for any of the manufacturers we feature on our site.

Privacy Policy:

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, which is why we have opted to use World Pay to handle our online transactions. It is a secure payment platform that processes payments with the card providers and banks. Authentic Watch Co therefore never obtain or retain any card payment details for online purchases.

We do collect details such as your name, address, phone number and email address in order to despatch the goods to you. We will email you in future only where you have consented for us to do so. You can unsubscribe from this service by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.

Your email address will never be passed to any third party, without your prior consent.
